For those of you who would like to experience the wonderful HVTC Ruapehu Lodge and enjoy Whakapapa we have the following week trips arranged.
But that doesn’t mean to say you have to go on these organised trips.  There are plenty of other opportunities to use the lodge throughout the winter season for skiing, riding, climbing, ski touring or just relaxing. Just pick a time, contact the booking officer (details listed below) then come on up.
If you are new to the Lodge, we recommend you use the lodge with a group of club members. Members use the lodge most weekends and on many weeks during winter. 
Once you have worked out when you want to stay, contact the booking officer Alison Newbald. Bookings can be made in the following ways.

By email to Ruapehubookings@hvtc.org.nz at least 24 hours prior to the desired date, or by phone 027 451 2587 and leave a message with booking details if there is no reply. Make the most of this unique facility.
